  Year 4 were putting together the history of the Mayans.

  Year four have been exploring hundredths in maths.
• Vaisakhi week
  Year 4 was responsible for creating the display in the entrance hall. It shows the reasons why Sikhs celebrate Vaisakhi.
• Enjoying the new track
  We have had a track put on the field over the holidays. The children will be able to keep active throughout the week.
• Easter week
  Year 4 used hama beads to make Easter designs.
• Sharing vocabulary
  The children have been preparing their ideas for writing a persuasive letter. They have built up their vocabulary to help them.
• Line Drawing
  Year 4 is learning about the artist, Ruth Allen, this half term. The children are showing a lot of focus with their artwork.
• Red Nose Day Cupcakes
  Yum, yum. Some of us have bought cupcakes to raise money for Red Nose Day. They are delicious!
• Red Nose Day Challenges
  We have been very active today, completing the different activities. Some of the challenges included a nose and spoon race and counting how many times we could throw the nose in the basket.
